Физиолошки ефекат статуса гвожђа на пацијенте са синдромом полицистичних јајника у граду Басрах
Статус гвожђа код пацијената са синдромом полицистичних јајника
Sažetak
Синдром полицистичних јајника (ПЦОС) је једно од најчешћих гинеколошких болести које утичу на плодност жена у провинцији Басра. Садашња студија је дизајнирана да процени аберације гвожђа код пацијената са ПЦОС мерењем повезаних параметара и њиховог односа са полним хормонима код пацијената са ПЦОС. Узорци серума су прикупљени од 45 пацијената са ПЦОС-ом и 45 контрола из приватне женске клинике и мерени су ЕЛИСА тестом у приватној медицинској лабораторији. Резултати су показали значајно смањење нивоа хепцидина, трансферина и естрадиола наспрам значајног повећања гвожђа, феритина, прогестерона и тестостерона. Садашња студија је показала јасну неравнотежу у нивоу гвожђа и његових серумских регулационих параметара код жена са ПЦОС-ом, и постоји ефикасна корелација између статуса гвожђа и полних хормона.
