Sažetak
Позадина: Мамографија, која се користи за скрининг рака дојке (БЦ), има ограничења као што је смањена осетљивост у густим дојкама. Тренутно коришћени тумор маркери су недовољни у дијагностици рака дојке. У овој студији, имали смо за циљ да истражимо однос између серумских нивоа протеина 1 сличног синаптофизину (СИПЛ1) и БЦ, као и да упоредимо СИПЛ1 са другим туморским маркерима у крви. Метод: Студијску групу чинило је 80 пацијентица са хистопатолошком дијагнозом инвазивне БЦ и нису примале радиотерапију/хемотерапију. Контролна група је чинила 72 жене са претходном историјом болести дојке и процењене као системи за извештавање и податке о слици дојке (БИ-РАДС 1-2) на снимању. У обе групе су мерени серум СИПЛ1, антиген рака 15-3 (ЦА 15-3) и карциноембрионални антиген (ЦЕА). Резултати: Дијагностичке вредности протеина СИПЛ1, ЦЕА и ЦА15-3 у дијагностици БЦ су статистички значајне. Осетљивост СИПЛ1 била је 48,75%, са специфичношћу од 80,56%. ЦА15-3 је имао осетљивост од 80% и специфичност од 49,30%. Није било статистички значајне корелације између серумског СИПЛ1 и пречника тумора, метастаза у лимфним чворовима, метастаза у удаљеним органима и стадијума.
Закључак: Серум СИПЛ1 је задржао већу дискриминаторну способност за БЦ. Ниво СИПЛ1 у серуму може се користити са високом специфичношћу у дијагнози БЦ. Иако СИПЛ1 сам по себи има ниску дијагностичку вредност у БЦ.
