Уочавање клиничких карактеристика хроничне дијареје код деце и процена прогностичке вредности нутритивних и имунолошких показатеља
Sažetak
Циљ: Циљ овог истраживања био је процена клиничких карактеристика хроничне дијареје код деце и истраживање прогностичке вредности нутритивног статуса и имунолошких индикатора.
Методе: Укупно 190 пацијената са хроничном дијарејом од јануара 2017. до јуна 2020. било је укључено у анализу њихове епидемиологије. Пацијенти су подељени у групу са бољом прогнозом (излечени, побољшани) и лошијом прогнозом (неизлечени), након чега је уследило утврђивање дијагностичке ефикасности нутритивног статуса и имунолошких показатеља у прогнози деце са хроничном дијарејом.
Резултати: Највећи број пацијената је био узраста 0-3 године (74,2%), од којих је 54,3% било млађе од 1 године, а највећи проценат (48,95%) је имао дијареју у трајању од 1 до 2 месеца. Нивои албумина, имуноглобулина Г (ИгГ), ИгА и ИгМ, као и албумина, глобулина и однос албумина према глобулину у групи са бољом прогнозом били су виши од оних у групи са лошом прогнозом. АУЦ (површина испод криве) комбиноване детекције у процени прогнозе деце са хроничном дијарејом била је већа од оне само албумина и глобулина (П < 0,05). ИгГ ≥ 10,05 г/Л и ИгА ≥ 7,72 г/Л су заштитни фактори који утичу на прогнозу деце са хроничном дијарејом.
Закључак: Деца са хроничном дијарејом су углавном одојчад и мала деца са различитим клиничким симптомима, и склона су пратећим болестима као што су потхрањеност, анемија, хипоалбуминемија и ослабљен имунитет. Комбинована детекција нутритивног статуса и имунолошких индикатора код деце је од вредности у процени прогнозе деце.
