Sažetak
Anafilaksija je potencijalno po život opasna alergijska reakcija. Nove smjernice za tretman anafilaksije Evropskog vijeća za resuscitaciju 2021 obrađene su u okviru: Zastoj srca u posebnim okolnostima. Nemaju velikih promjena. Ove smjernice su specifične za inicijalni tretman odraslih pacijenata sa anafilaksijom ili sumnjom na anafilaksiju. Adrenalin je najvažniji i prvi lijek u tretmanu anafilaksije.
