ANALIZA KORIŠTENJA INTERNETA ZA PRIKUPLJANJE ZDRAVSTVENIH INFORMACIJA KOD PACIJENATA U PRIMARNOJ ZDRAVSTVENOJ ZAŠTITI

APSTRAKT
Zdravlje je drugo najčešće pretraživano tematsko područje na Googlu. Traženje zdravstvenih informacija na internetu (eng. healt information seeking behavior, HISB) predstavlja složenu interakciju kognitivnih, medijskih, zdravstvenih i sociodemografskih faktora. Istraživanje je imalo za cilj utvrditi učestalost korištenja interneta za traženje zdravstvenih informacija, ispitati povezanost sociodemografskih i zdravstvenih faktora sa traženjem zdravstvenih informacija na internetu, procjeniti učestalost razgovora sa ljekarom o on-line zdravstvenim informacijama. Istraživanje je kao studija presjeka obavljeno u JZU Dom zdravlja Krupa na Uni u periodu od od 01. 10. 2017. do 01.07.2018. Uzorak je činilo 180 slučajno izabranih pacijenata, 78 muškaraca (43.3%) i 102 žene (56.7%) prosječne starosti 49 ± 7.8 godina. Instrument istraživanja bio je uputnik kreiran za potrebe istraživanja. Obrada podataka je vršena standardnim statističkim metodama. Najveći broj pacijenata u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti traži zdravstvene informacije na internetu (p = 0.038). Osim statistički značajno manjeg traženja zdravstvenih informacija na internetu od strane ispitanika starosti 65 i više godina (p = 0.012) istraživanje nije pronašlo drugu statististički značajnu povezanost sociodemografskih i zdravstvenih faktora sa traženjem on-line zdravstvenih informacija (p > 0.05). Samo mali broj ispitanika pokazuje spremnost za otvoren razgovor sa ljekarom (p = 0.041). Doktor porodične medicine mora da bude svjestan promjena koje sa sobom nosi sve prisutnije traženje zdravstvenih informacija na internetu od strane pacijenata. Otvoren razgovor sa pacijentom o zdravstvenim informacijama na internetu i upućivanje na legitimne i pouzdane on-line resurse prestavlja put u kvalitetnu, efikasnu i ekonomičnu zdravstvenu zaštitu .
