ZADOVOLJSTVO ZAPOSLENIKA U KOVID-19 ODJELIMA

Sažetak


UVOD: Pandemija uzrokovana COVID-19 može uvelike utjecati na uvjete rada zdravstvenih djelatnika. Ciljevi istraživanja bili su identificirati razinu zadovoljstva bolničkog osoblja, poslom u pandemiji COVID-19.

METODE: Ovo istraživanje provedeno je na praktičnom uzorku medicinskih sestara i liječnika iz četiri javne regionalne bolnice u Sloveniji. Ovo je bila anketna studija u kojoj je korišten kratki indeks zadovoljstva poslom ( Short index of Job Satisfaction - SIJS). Upitnik je ispunilo 110 ispitanika.

REZULTATI: Prosječna ocjena uzorka bila je 14,87. Statistički značajne razlike ponovno su pronađene između zaposlenika u odnosu na COVID jedinice (Jedinica intenzivne njege-JIN: 2,81 i Akutna jedinica-AJ: 3,24; stavka “većinu dana sam oduševljen svojim poslom”). Prosječni odgovori na većinu pitanja viši su kod medicinskih sestara nego kod liječnika.

ZAKLJUČCI: U većini pitanja diplomirane medicinske sestre pokazale su veće zadovoljstvo od doktora medicine. Redovitim mjerenjem zadovoljstva možemo utjecati na promjenu tima kako bismo imali zadovoljnije zaposlenike.
