Pritajeni tigar, skriveni zmaj; javna bezbednost u kontekstu 5G kao alatke geopolitičkog sukoba između SAD i Kine

Sažetak


5G je tehnologija osetljiva u pogledu bezbednosti, koja može da ugrozi društva širom sveta. Šta bi se desilo ukoliko bi kontrolu preuzeli hakeri, sajber špijuni, teroristi, neprijateljske države ili sama tehnologija, kako bi se uspostavila globalna dominacija? Šta bi se desilo ukoliko bi autonomna vozila i saobraćajna signalizacija dobili konfuzne inpute, ako bi se omeo avio i železnički saobraćaj, ako bi bile lansirane lažne vesti u masivnom napadu na 5G infrastrukturu? Ova noćna mora od scenarija prikazuje opasnosti zloupotreba 5G tehnologija. Skorašnji progres kompanije Huawei u broju patenata koji imaju veze sa 5G tehnologijom prouzrokovao je trgovinski rat Sedinjenih država sa Kinom, uključujući restrikcije prema  kompanijama sa obe strane. Ovaj rad ima nameru da istraži pitanje 5G vezano za globalnu bezbednost i borbu za geopolitičku dominaciju. Značajni bezbedonosni rizici su identifikovani vezano za kompanije koje pružaju 5G infrastrukturu. Pored izbora bezbednih pružaoca usluga 5G tehnologije, ostali rizici mogu biti tehničke prirode, u smislu napada na 5G infrastrukturu. Potencijalna dominacija veštačke inteligencije nad ljudskim bićima može biti realističan rizik, takođe. Predlažemo unapređivanje enkripcije zajedno sa raznovrsnošću pružaoca 5G usluga, kako bi se postigla maksimalna bezbednost. Dodatno, kontrola kvaliteta može da se postigne ukoliko bi je obavljalo telo koje bi se sastojalo od predstavnika svih kompanija na tržištu. Ovaj rad je limitiran u tehničkim i legalnim perspektivama ovog pitanja. Dalja istraživanja treba da ukažu na načine kako bi se postigla poboljštana enkripcija, kao i na standarde za kontrolu kvaliteta zajedno sa zakonskim okvirom koji bi omogućio poslovanje različitih operatera 5G tehnologije, u opštem društvenom interesu.
