The Obaveza zaštite prava na život
Sažetak
Autor analizira jedna aspekt prava na život – obavezu zaštite prava na život. Taj aspekt nije obuhvaćen definicijama prava na život jasnim i eksplicitnim rečima. Međutim, uočava se kroz proces tumačenja od strane različitih tela, kako međunarodnih tako i domaćih. Eksplicitno uključivanje ovog elementa detaljno je analizirano u Opštem komentaru br. 36, koji je usvojio Komitet UN za ljudska prava i predstavlja polaznu osnovnu za analizu u ovom radu. Obaveza zaštite prava na život razrađivana je i u pojedinačnim slučajevima pred Komtitetom UN za ljudska prava, Evropskim sudom za ljudska prava i ustavnim sudovima. Nekoliko ovih slučajeva je takođe analizirano u ovom radu. Cilj rada je da identifikuje obim i granice obaveze zaštite prava na život
