Психометријска Својства Српске Верзије Индекса Менталне Чврстине и Мрачне Тријаде у Популацији Студената Полицијске Академије
Sažetak
Циљ овог рада био је да се испитају психометријска својства српских превода Ментал Тоугхнесс Инвентори (МТИ) и Дарк Триад Дирти Дозен (ДТДД) у популацији кадета Полицијске академије. Истраживање је спроведено на узорку од 82 студента 1. и 2. године Универзитета криминалистичке полиције. Узимајући у обзир специфичност узорка, оба инструмента су показала добру поузданост (Кронбахова алфа заснована на стандардизованој ставци α=0,81 за МТИ и α=0,84 за ДДТД), факторска структура је потврђена МТИ (χ²=51,5, п<0,001, ЦФИ=0,864 за МТИ и χ²=105, п<0,001, ЦФИ=0,886 за ДТДД) као и конвергентну (р=-.384, п<0,01 између менталне чврстине и макијавелизма) и дискриминантну валидност. Описан је простор за даље истраживање ове теме, али и простор за коришћење инструмената у постојећем систему за избор кандидата за полицијски посао.
Cilj ovog rada bio je da se ispitaju psihometrijska svojstva srpskih prevoda Mental Toughness Inventori (MTI) i Dark Triad Dirti Dozen (DTDD) u populaciji kadeta Policijske akademije. Istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku od 82 studenta 1. i 2. godine Univerziteta kriminalističke policije. Uzimajući u obzir specifičnost uzorka, oba instrumenta su pokazala dobru pouzdanost (Kronbahova alfa zasnovana na standardizovanoj stavci a=0,81 za MTI i a=0,84 za DDTD), faktorska struktura je potvrđena MTI (ch²=51,5, p<0,001, CFI=0,864 za MTI i ch²=105, p<0,001, CFI=0,886 za DTDD) kao i konvergentnu (r=-.384, p<0,01 između mentalne čvrstine i makijavelizma) i diskriminantnu validnost. Opisan je prostor za dalje istraživanje ove teme, ali i prostor za korišćenje instrumenata u postojećem sistemu za izbor kandidata za policijski posao.
