Mišljenje policijskih službenika o nekim efektima upotrebe kamera koje se nose na telu

Sažetak


Poslednjih deset godina mnoge policijske organizacije u svetu pristupaju implementaciji kamera koje se mogu postaviti na telo policijskog službenika (BWC). Implementacijom ovih kamera policijske organizacije nastoje da spreče ili suzbiju kriminal, unaprede bezbednost policijskog službenika, njegov učinak i odnos policije i zajednice. Ministarstvo unutrašnjih poslova Srbije započelo je u septembru 2023. godine pilot projekat implementacije BWC u dve organizacione jedinice saobraćajne policije. Istraživanje predstavljeno u ovom radu realizovano je pre postojanja bilo kakvih nagoveštaja o upotrebi BWC u  praksi Policije Srbije. Istraživanjem su obuhvaćeni policijskih službenici iz pet organizacionih jedinica Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova. Cilj istraživanja bio je usmeren na ispitivanje stavova i mišljenja policijskih službenika o određenim pitanjima uporebe BWC. Rezultati istraživanja i zaključci autora mogu poslužiti u donošenju odluka o implementaciji BWC u praksu Policije Srbije.
