Razlike u porodičnim faktorima korišćenja droga kod devojčica i dečaka u adolescenciji

Sažetak


Adolescencija je kritičan period života za početak upotrebe droga, povezana sa mnogim rizičnim faktorima, među kojima su i faktori iz porodičnog okruženja. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitivanje razlika 30 porodičnih rizičnih faktora u korišćenju droge među učenicima muškog i ženskog pola. Podaci su prikupljeni na reprezentativnom uzorku od 1287 srednjoškolaca (prosečna starost = 17,04, SD = 1,147) iz Beograda, od kojih je 52,5% bilo devojaka. Korišćenje droge definisano je kao najmanje dva puta uneta u organizam bilo koja količina i vrsta droge iz grupe kanabinoida, depresora, stimulansa ili halucinogena. Podaci o korišćenju droge, kao i podaci o faktorima iz okruženja porodice dobijeni su na osnovu samoiskaza ispitanika u anonimnoj situaciji. Prikupljanje podataka urađeno je od strane psihologa.

Kanoničkom diskriminativnom analizom primenjenom posebno na uzorku dečaka i uzorku devojaka dobijene su dve diskriminativne funkcije, obe značajne na nivou .001. Kod dečaka ta funkcija je bila definisana sa sedam porodičnih varijabli od kojih su 6 istovremeno bili i prediktori razlika između korišćenja-nekorišćenja droge. U uzorku devojčica, 13 faktora je uticalo na razlike između onih koji koriste droga i onih koje ih ne koriste. Jedini zajednički faktori rizika za oba pola bili su česte svađe sa roditeljima, loša komunikacija sa članovima porodice i bežanje od kuće od strane adolescenata. Razmatrane su razlike u broju i prirodi porodičnih faktora rizika za upotrebu droga kod dečaka i devojčica, kao i praktične implikacije za programe prevencije upotrebe droga. Te razlike utiču na razlike u korišćenju i nekorišćenju droge zahtevaju posebne programe preventivnih intervencija ovog ponašanja.
