Добра искуства паметних, зелених градова за одрживи зелени развој и демократизацију
Sažetak
Предмет овог рада је приказ добре праксе паметних, зелених градова у примени ИТ апликација за
пружање јавних услуга (решавање и еколошких проблема), борбе против климатских промена и афирмације
зелених енергија. Посебно важан аспект је анализа копродукције као активног укључивања грађана кроз апликације у процес креирања политика, у обликовање пакета јавних услуга „кројених“ према потребама заједнице као вид демократизације друштва. Добра искуства паметних градова одлична су лекција за Србију и њене градове.
Методе које се користе у овом раду јесу анализе и синтезе радова из ове области, анализе доброг начина коришћења ИТ пакета у појединим европским градовима, креирања добрих мерних инструмената за праћење промена микроклиме услед глобалног отопљавања у немачким и британским градовима, студија случаја афирмације зелене енергије у Белгијском урбаном дистрикту и компарације с начином третирања ових тема у Србији.
Очекивани допринос овог рада је увид у неке добре праксе и указивање на шансу да наша држава и
градови преузму и примене нека од ових корисних знања, вештина и инструмената за добробит грађана и наше заједнице.
