ЕНЕРГЕТСКА САРАДЊА У ЛАНЦУ СНАБДЕВАЊА КАО ИНСТРУМЕНТ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИЈЕ МОЋИ У МЕЂУНАРОДНОЈ ПОЛИТИЦИ: СЛУЧАЈ АЗЕРБЕЈЏАНА И ЕВРОПСКЕ УНИЈЕ

Sažetak


Рад је подељен у шест целина. У првом делу аутори праве осврт на геополитички значај енергетске безбедности и сигурности снабдевања. Енергетска безбедност заузима све значајније место у међународној политици док диверсификација снабдевања представља путоказ ка изградњи веће отпорности на екстерне ризике. У другом делу рада аутори указују да структурални реализам објашњава покретачке интересе за енергетску сарадњу Европске уније и Азербејџана која утиче на трансформацију безбедносне и енергетске архитектуре Европе и Јужног Кавказа. Трећи део рада сагледава геополитичку позицију Азербејџана и његову историјску улогу у евроазијским енергетском токовима. Четврти део рада бави се проблематиком вишедеценијске зависности Европе од руског гаса. Пети део рада посвећен је развоју билатералне сарадње Европске уније и Азербејџана. Последња целина указује на ограничења енергетске сарадње две стране.
