ИРАНСКИ НУКЛЕАРНИ СПОРАЗУМ КАО ОДРАЗ НЕСАГЛАНОСТИ У ТРАНСАТЛАНТСКИМ ОДНОСИМА ТОКОМ АДМИНИСТРАЦИЈЕ АМЕРИЧКОГ ПРЕДСЕДНИКА ДОНАЛДА ТРАМПА
Sažetak
У средишту овог рада јесте анализа последица спровођења Заједничког свеобухватног плана деловања (тзв. Ирански нуклеарни споразум) на дивергентне спољнополитичке приступе као главне показатеље неусклађености у односима између Сједињених Америчких Држава и Европске уније за време администрације 45. америчког председника Доналда Трампа (Donald Trump). Док су се САД једнострано повукле из овог споразума, државе чланице ЕУ су у њему остале. Сједињене Државе и Европска унија, са једне и Иран, са друге стране, имали су потпуно различите дефиниције сопствене националне безбедности, инсистирајући на својој унилатералној безбедности, a притом не успевајући да проблем редефинишу у правцу међусобне безбедности. Међутим, поред тога, САД и државе чланице ЕУ, иако обе забринуте за своју безбедност услед могућег настанка нуклеарно наоружаног Ирана уместо комплементарног, имале су конкурентски приступ овом питању. Користећи метод студије случаја, као и аналитичко-дедуктивни метод и метод анализе садржаја, аутор објашњава разлику у овом приступу кроз концепт стратешке културе САД и ЕУ и закључује да су оне последица различитог поимања међународних односа, али и различитих идентитетских карактера ова два актера.
