Znanje i stavovi roditelja pri odabiru školske torbe: uvodno istraživanje

Pozadina/cilj: Školska torba je sredstvo čija je namjena skladištenje stvari koje su neophodne djetetu u izvršavanju svakodnevnih produktivnih aktivnosti. Cilj istraživanja je ispitati koliko su roditelji informisani o školskoj torbi i koje su to specifikacije presudne kada biraju školsku torbu svojoj djeci.
Materijal i metode: Prospektivna studija obuhvatala je 150 roditelja učenika uzrasta od 11 do 12 godina iz Banja Luke. Za potrebe istraživanja korišten je anketni upitnik sa pitanjima zatvorenog i otvorenog tipa.
Rezultati: Više od 97 % anketiranih roditelja su pripadali starosnom rasponu od 30 do 49 godina. Najveći broj anketiranih roditelja posjeduje srednje obrazovanje (44 %), ali je i broj fakultetski obrazovanih roditelja takođe je veoma visok (39,3 %). Ruksak koristi 96 % učenika. Školske torbe u 97,4 % slučajeva su nabavljene u prodavnicama. Samo u 10% slučajeva školske torbe u potpunosti zadovoljavaju osnovne kriterijume. U preostalih 90 % slučajeva postoji odsustvo bar jedne ili više željenih karakteristika. Primjenom hi-kvadrat testa (χ2 = 245,45; p < 0,001), značajna razlika željenog i ostvarenog rezultata je u potpunosti statistički dokazana. Informaciju o školskoj torbi nije dobilo 77,3 % roditelja. Prodavači 11,3 %, drugi roditelji i prijatelji 9,3 % su predstavljali osnovni izvor informisanja prije nabavke školske torbe. U budućnosti 54 % roditelja bi željelo da dobije informaciju o školskoj torbi kroz predavanja i praktične radionice za djecu i roditelje.
Zaključak: Veća informisanost omogućava adekvatan odabir i smanjuje mogućnost marketinških trikova i uticaja na potrošače pri odabiru željenog proizvoda kao što je školska torba. Roditelji imaju važnu ulogu u osiguranju nesmetanog rasta i razvoja tokom obrazovnog procesa i jačanja svijesti i nadzora djece o pravilnom korištenju školske torbe.
