Minimalno invazivna koronarna hirurgija

Sažetak


Minimalno invazivne mogućnosti za CABG hirurgiju (miniCABG) su dramatično napredovale poslednjih decenija. Minimalno invazivna CABG hirurgija se predstavlja kroz nekoliko oblika: Minimalno invazivni direktni bajpas koronarne arterije (MIDCAB), endoskopski atraumatski bajpas koronarne arterije (Endo ACAB), robot-asistiran direktni bajpas koronarne arterije (RADCAB), totalno endoskopski bajpas koronarne arterije (TECAB), i hibridna koronarna revaskularizacija (HCR). Na žalost, ove metode su i dalje ograničene samo na specijalizovane centre u svetu i nisu prihvaćene od strane većine kardiohirurga. Hirurg koji započinje primenu minimalno invazivne CABG hirugije mora biti spreman na dugotrajne intervencije, visoku stopu konverzije u sternotomiju, kao i značajnu krivu učenja. Dobri rezultati objavljeni na temu minimalno invazivnih metoda revaskularizacije govore u prilog potencijala za razvoj ovih alternativnih pristupa u bliskoj budućnosti.
