Efekat sulfatno-sulfidne mineralne vode na lipidni status pacijenata sa gonartrozom

Sažetak


Uvod:  Od davnina je poznat pozitivan uticaj termimineralnih voda na zdravlje ljudi. Mnogi patofiziološki mehanizmi djelovanja balneoterapije nisu precizirani. Pacijenti sa gonartrozom često imaju povišene vrijednosti lipida u serumu. Cilj ovog rada je ispitati uticaj pijenja sulfatno-sulfidne termomineralne vode na lipidni status pacijenata sa gonartrozom.

Metodologija: Prospektivnom kliničkom studijom praćeno je 60 pacijenata, oba pola, sa  gonartrozom. Svi su proveli stacioanrni fizikalni tretman uz lokalnu primjenu sulfatno-sulfidne mineralne vode. Pacijenti grupe A  (N= 30) su kao dodatnu terapiju imali primjenu navedene mineralne vode pijenjem za razliku od pacijenata grupe B (N=30) koji su pili običnu vodu. Praćen je nivo lipida u serumu ovih pacijenata na prijemu i nakon mjesec dana. Za statističku analizu korišten je test analize varijanse (ANOVA) sa nivom statističke značajnosti p< 0,001.

Rezultati: Nađeno je značajano smanjenje nivoa svih lipidnih frakcija u serumu pacijenata sa gonartrozom mjesec dana nakon završenog stacionarnog fizikalnog tretmana u obe ispitivane grupe. Ovo smanjenje je bilo statistički značajnije kod pacijenata grupe A (p< 0,001).

Zaključak: Pijenje sulfatno-sulfitne mineralne vode kod papacijenata sa gonartrozom pokazuje pozitivan efekat na smanjenje nivoa lipida u serumu  u kratkoročnom periodu praćenja.
