Sažetak
Uvod: Profesonalne bolesti pored toga što narušavaju kvalitet života radnika predstavljaju i značajan socioekonomski problem za zdravstveni sektor, poslodavce, ali i za državu. Profesionalne bolesti uglavnom nisu izlečive, ali su bolesti koje se mogu spriječiti, te je izuzetno značajno razviti dobar sistem detekcije, registracije i prevencije. Zbog toga posebna pažnja bi se trebala posvetiti analizi učestalosti i rasprostranjenosti profsionalnih bolesti. Cilj ove studije je proceniti incidenciju profesionalnih oboljenja u Republici Srpskoj.
Metode: Studija je sprovedena kao studija prijeseka na osnovu dobijenih podataka o profesionalnim bolestima u Republici Srpskoj u desetogodišnjem periodu od 201.-2020. godine
Rezultati: Ukupan broj registrovanih profesionalnih bolesti u Republici Srpskoj za desetogodišnji period je 12 i incidence je bila manja od 1/100 000 zaposlenih po godinama. Profesionalne bolesti su registrovane u djelatnostima A- poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribolov, F - građevina i Q -djelatnost zdravstene zaštite i socijanog rada.
Zaključak: Pored uvida u značajno nisku incidenciju profesionalnog morbiditeta, utvrđeno je da su i određeni industrijski sektori posebno podcijenjeni. Očigledno je da trenutna situacija u vezi sa profesionalnim bolestima u Republici Srpskoj zahtjeva urgentno reagovanje službi medicine rada i države. Potrebno što pre pokrenuti postupke kao bi se obezbedila uniformnost u kriterijuma dijagnoze i evidenciji profesionalnih bolesti, revidiranje liste profesionalnih oboljenja u skladu sa listom Međunarodne organizacije rada. U budućnosti su potrebna dodatna i detaljnija istraživanja iz oblasti profesionalnih bolesti.
