Morfološki status osmogodišnjih devojčica različitog stepena uhranjenosti

Sažetak


Stepen uhranjenosti dece jedan je od važnijih pokazatelja njihovog zdravlja, psihofizičkih mogućnosti i potencijala za normalan i zdrav rast i razvoj. Cilj studije bio je da se utvrde razlike u morfološkim karakteristikama kod osmogodišnjih devojčica različitog stepena uhranjenosti. Istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku od 91 devojčice drugog razreda osnovnih škola grada Niša, prosečne godine starosti 8.06 (± 0.02). Na osnovu BMI, formirana su tri subuzorka (normalno uhranjene, prekomerno uhranjene i gojazne ispitanice). Morfološki status utvrđen je merenjem  parametara longitudinalne, transverzalne i cirkularne dimenzionalnosti, mase tela i potkožnog masnog tkiva. Razlike u morfološkim karakteristikama utvrđene su MANOVA/ANOVA-om i LSD Post Hoc testom. Rezultati studije ukazuju da u odnosu na stepen uhranjenosti postoje značajna razlika u morfološkom statusu kod osmogodišnjih devojčica. Najveće vrednosti zabeležene su kod gojaznih, zatim prekomerno uhranjenih, dok su najmanje vrednosti imale normalno uhranjene ispitanice.
