Student u centru učenja - paradigma savremenog visokoškolskog obrazovanja
Sažetak
Student u centru učenja (eng. student centred learning) podrazumeva pedagoški pristup zasnovan na konstruktivizmu i srodnim teorijama i karakterističan po metodama koje se koriste kako bi student aktivno doprineo stvaranju procesa učenja. Ogleda se u načinu razmišljanja i kulturi fakulteta, pri čemu je fokus na potrebama i mišljenju studenata. Polazeći od stava da postavljanje studenta u centar, „srce“, obrazovnog procesa predstavlja odgovor na brojne društvene izazove i proces reformi, u radu prikazani elementi ovog pristupa u kontekstu sistema visokog obrazovanja. U prvom delu rada istaknuta je dihotomija kao rezultat potrebe da se tradicionalni sistem obrazovanja rekonceptualizuje za društvo znanja. Ukazano je na razlike i specifičnosti paradigme podučavanja i paradigme učenja i (ne)mogućnosti u pogledu njihovog kombinovanja. U drugom delu rada, analiziraju se mogućnosti za implementaciju pristupa student u centru učenja kao intergrativnog dela klime i kulture visokoškolskih institucija.
