ОРГАНИЗАЦИОНА КУЛТУРА У МСП: ИСТРАЖИВАЊЕ МЕНАЏЕРА У ПРАВИ ПРЕДСТАВА ЗАПОСЛЕНИХ

Sažetak


Сврха. Овај рад има за циљ да процени организациону културу којој су изложена мала и средња предузећа (МСП). Другим речима, испитујемо однос између стилова руковођења, организационе културе и организационог учинка. Да би се истражила улога организационе културе, од суштинске је важности да се анализирају стилови руковођења у односу на типове културе, да се идентификује како су они повезани и добро усклађени како би помогли малим и средњим предузећима да буду ефикаснији, фаворизујући њихову иновативност. . Због тога, волимо да се позабавимо и питањем организационог усклађивања, које се дешава када су запослени и руководство на истим страницама у вези са сврхама организације и основним вредностима. Методологија. На основу узорка од 408 македонских менаџера и запослених и коришћењем инструмента за процену организационе културе ВОКС,  кључни налази показују да је доминантна култура у македонским малим и средњим предузећима предузетничка демократија и да сви запослени деле сличне перцепције о организационој култури. Допринос/Вредност. Доприноси научном корпусу знања у контексту организационе културе и усклађености. Импликације ове студије биће посебно важне за менаџере и власнике малих и средњих предузећа у Македонији како би стекли приступ важним знањима о њиховој организационој култури или ће морати да изврше побољшања како би стимулисали иновативност својих запослених да учествују у побољшању перформансе компаније с једне стране и задовољних запослених с друге стране. Такође пружа читаоцима разумевање како да мере организациону културу и њено усклађивање кроз увођење савремених научних истраживања у истој области.
