Odnos onboarding procesa i organizacione kulture u farmaceutskoj industriji u Severnoj Makedoniji

Sažetak


Koristeći Vox instrument, ovaj rad istražuje odnos između onboarding procesa i organizacione kulture u farmaceutskoj industriji u Severnoj Makedoniji, sa posebnim osvrtom na kompanije za proizvodnju lekova. Četvorodimenzionalni Vox model je u velikoj meri korišćen, što je ograničilo dimenzije na stil donošenja odluka i preduzetničku orijentaciju, što je rezultiralo četiri tipa kulture i četiri tipa liderstva. Međutim, fokus u ovom radu je na četiri tipa kulture. Korišćenjem onlajn upitnika distribuiranih zaposlenima koji rade u kompanijama za proizvodnju lekova, gde je prikupljeno i analizirano ukupno 228 odgovora korišćenjem SPSS softvera. Rezultati pokazuju da je preduzetnička demokratija najpoželjnija organizaciona kultura tokom njihovog procesa uključivanja. Analiza detaljnije istražuje uticaj generacijskih razlika, radnog iskustva i kategorija poslova na percepciju organizacione kulture. Različiti aspekti su pokazali značajne razlike, ističući potrebu da se organizacije pozabave specifičnim dimenzijama tokom procesa onboardinga kako bi podstakle pozitivno radno okruženje. Sve u svemu, ova studija doprinosi dragocenim uvidima u odnos između procesa uključivanja i organizacione kulture u farmaceutskoj industriji, postavljajući temelje za buduća istraživanja i pružajući organizacijama praktične implikacije.
