POST-SOCIJALISTIČKA URBANA FINANSIJALIZACIJA U SRBIJI: EMPIRIJSKI UVID

Sažetak


 Financializacija kao globalni proces obično promoviše finansije kao dominantni narativ (Aalbers, 2019) i ima snažnu ulogu u ekonomskom razvoju i urbanim promenama u svim kontekstualnim okvirima. Ipak, istraživanja o finansijalizaciji su relativno oskudna u postsocijalističkim državama Evrope, uz potpuno odsustvo istraživanja o ovom pitanju u Srbiji. Fokusirajući se na postsocijalističku Srbiju u postkriznom periodu (posle 2008.), rad pozicionira narativ urbane financijalizacije u širi kontekst: osvetljavanjem dimenzija finansijalizacije; identifikovanjem indikatora za odabrane dimenzije finansijalizacije; analiziranjem konkretnih podataka za odabrane dimenzije finansijalizacije prema specifičnim indikatorima i upoređivanjem dostupnih indikatora finansijalizacije sa onima u nekim postsocijalističkim zemljama CEE i SEE. Empirijska analiza daje uvid u složenu prirodu urbane finansijalizacije koja je merena specifičnim indikatorima na nacionalnom nivou.
