Sažetak


This paper presents a case of 60 years old patient with Melkersson Rosenthal oligosymptomatic form of the syndrome. This syndrome is characterized by three symptoms: swelling lips and face, unilateral facial nerve palsy, and fissured tongue plus-lingua plicata. The literature often include information on monosimptomatskom syndrome and granulomatous helitis, or the existence of only two symptoms. Anamnesis, clinical and histopathological analysis indicate the existence of chronic granulomatous inflammation to a lower lip, oligosymptomatic forms of Melkerson Rosental syndrome.  The treatment included application of pronison at a dose of 25 mg, with H1 and H2 blockers, antibiotics (Visiren) for urinary tract infection.
