(Ne)uspeh tranzicionih reformi u zemljama bivše Jugoslavije

Sažetak


U radu se analiziraju ekonomski efekti procesa tranzicije u zemljama bivše Jugoslavije s posebnim osvrtom na one segmente tog procesa koji definišu smernice njihovog ekonomskog i institucionalnog razvoja. Rezultati procesa tranzicije se takođe, analiziraju i sa aspekta položaja ovih zemalja u odnosu na Evropsku uniju. Zemlje bivše Jugoslavije su, u dosadašnjem periodu tranzicije, ostvarile različite rezultate po pitanju članstva u ovoj integraciji i ti rezultati su od strane jednog dela istraživača prihvaćeni kao standard za ocenu njihovog uspeha u procesu tranzicije. Ukoliko se pođe od stanovišta da je samo članstvo u uniji „sertifikat uspeha“ i pokazatelj okončanja tranzicionog procesa, može se reći da su uspeh u sprovođenju tranzicionih reformi ostvarile samo Slovenija i Hrvatska. Međutim, prema čisto ekonomskim pokazateljima, ove dve zemlje dele sudbinu ostalih bivših jugoslovenskih republika i njihov uspeh u procesu tranzicije se ocenjuje kao skroman.
