Rodna perspektiva globalnog kompakta o sigurnim, uređenim i regularnim migracijama
Sažetak
Ovaj rad je posvećen rodnoj analizi Globalnog kompakta o sigurnim, uređenim i regularnim migracijama iz 2018. godine. U poslednjih 30 godina istraživanja vezana za migraciju uključuju i analizu roda i rodnih nejednakosti. Uključenje roda i principa rodne odgovornosti u Kompakt ukazuje na odlučnost država da uključe iskustva žena i muškaraca u svoje pravne sisteme. Rad postavlja pitanja: da li je integrisan rod u Kompakt i ako jeste, na koji način i kakve će pozitivne i negativne efekte imati na migraciju žena. Nedostatak rodne analize kroz sve principe i ciljeve Kompakta ukazuje na zastarelo shvatanje roda. Takva perspektiva ne stvara temeljnu promenu na državnom nivou. Rad će ukazati na trenutne kao i buduće uticaje Kompakta na žene i muškarce u procesu globalne mobilnosti. Uzeće se u obzir rad Međunarodne migracione mreže i izveštaji država o implementaciji Kompakta, uz dodatni element trenutne pandemije koronavirusa i njegov uticaj na implementaciju akta.
