Ontološka bezbednost i kolektivni identitet kroz prizmu strateške kulture na primeru Kosova i Metohije

Sažetak


U radu se teorijski istražuju fenomeni ontološke bezbednosti i kolektivnog identiteta kroz prizmu strateške kulture, uz empirijsku elaboraciju studije slučaja Kosova i Metohije. Autori dopunjuju realističko shvatanje bezbednosti socijalno-konstruktivističkom perspektivom, naglašavajući uticaj vrednosti, ideja, percepcija i kulture uopšte, pri oblikovanju kolektivnog identiteta, koji je u čvrstoj sprezi sa subjektivnim osećajem bezbednosti. Glavna hipoteza je da čvrstina kolektivnog identiteta opstaje bez obzira na spoljne pritiske i težnje preoblikovanja jer se njegov opstanak doživljava kao neodvojiva suština ontološke bezbednosti. Autori zaključuju da snaga kolektivnog identiteta u određenim situacijama prevazilazi probleme urušenih institucija i manjak aktera koji zagovaraju bazične vrednosti tog identiteta. Kosovo i Metohija čini više od materijalnog dela teritorije, snažno gradeći osnove kolektivnog identiteta. Pojedinac koji oseća pripadnost takvom kolektivnom identitetu gotovo instinktivno će odbijati svako rešenje koje ga urušava, pa će napad na te vrednosti, ma koliko intenzivan, doživljavati kao osećaj lične nebezbednosti.
