Digitalna dimenzija preduzetništva kao značajna dimenzija socijalne sigurnosti

Sažetak


Digitalno preduzetništvo predstavlja značajnu komponentu privrednog razvoja. Ovim radom nastoji se da se naglasi značaj faktora koji pripadaju digitalnoj dimenziji preduzetničkog ekosistema po European Index of Digital Entrepreneurship Systems metodologiji, u ranoj fazi životnog ciklusa preduzeća, iz oblasti ljudskog kapitala. Cilj je ukazati na ulogu ovih faktora u poboljšanju ekonomske stabilnosti i sposobnosti pojedinaca da efikasno reaguju na izazove i prilike savremenog digitalnog okruženja. Razumevanje važnosti ove dimenzije postaje od ključnog značaja pri definisanju politika i strategija usmerenih na unapređenje kvaliteta života pojedinaca i društvene zajednice u celini, osiguravajući pravičan pristup ekonomskim i profesionalnim prilikama od značaja za socijalnu sigurnost 21. veka.
