Bezbednost i privatnost u pametnim gradovima

Sažetak


Globalni trend rastuće urbanizacije i ekspanzije gradova poslednjih decenija prouzrokovao je brojne probleme u njihovom funkcionisanju. Ubrzan razvoj informaciono-komunikacionih tehnologija pojavio se kao rešenje za te probleme, i doveo do nastanka takozvanih pametnih gradova. Pametni grad osmišljen je kao nov model grada koji generiše i obrađuje enormne količine digitalnih podataka sa ciljem optimizacije gradske infrastrukture i poboljšanja uslova života. Upotreba novih tehnologija je, međutim, otvorila mnoga pitanja i izazvala zabrinutost u vezi sa načinom upotrebe tih tehnologija i mogućnostima zloupotrebe prikupljenih podataka. U radu su opisane ključne karakteristike arhitekture pametnog grada i analizirana pitanja ugrožavanja bezbednosti i privatnosti građana koja ona otvara. Izvori i oblici ugrožavanja bezbednosti i privatnosti u pametnim gradovima su brojni, međusobno isprepleteni i zahtevaju podrobnu analizu sa tehničko-tehnološkog, sociološkog i pravnog aspekta.
