Obrazovanje ličnosti: Između spoljnog determinizma i slobode
Sažetak
U radu se govori o shvatanju ličnosti sa socioloških, psiholoških i filozofskih aspekata. Ističe se da je čovek jedinstvo unikatnih i univerzalnih svojstava i da ima pravo da slobodno razvija svoje potencijale i da živi u skladu sa potrebama svoga duha. Između potreba ličnosti i interesa društva postoje protivurečnosti. Obrazovanje je oblast koja bi trebalo da pomogne svakom pojedincu da ispolji svoju neponovljivu indivudualnost. Ono, međutim, deluje između dva pola – slobodnog odlučivanja, sa jedne strane, i društvene (državne) prinude, sa druge. Determinizam nametnut spolja i instrumentalističko-tržišni pristup obrazovanju bitno ograničavaju slobodu pojedinca da se samostalno razvija u skladu sa svojim potrebama.
