Pandemijska kriza i njeni izazovi za studije bezbednosti
Sažetak
Pandemijska kriza iz 2020. godine dala je povod za sekuritizaciju zdravstvenog problema, koji bi mogao – ako se nastavi bez adekvatnog odgovora – da dovede u pitanje bezbednost u mnogim drugim sektorima: ekonomskom, državnom, društvenom i identitetskom. Mogao bi da ima – i već ima – posledice i za strukturu međunarodnog poretka. U ovom članku autor identifikuje posledice pandemijske krize na sva četiri nivoa analize bezbednosti: individualnom, unutardržavnom, međudržavnom i globalnom. Zatim testira glavne teze pristupa i teorija u okviru studija bezbednosti (realističke, liberalne, konstruktivističke i globalističke), te pokazuje na koji je način pandemijska kriza potvrdila a gde je opovrgla te teze. Članak se osvrće i na dosad objavljene analize ovog fenomena, te ih kritički komentariše. Autor zaključuje da pandemijska kriza nije do kraja uništila reputaciju nijedne od teorija, pa ni liberalno-globalističke. Međutim, pred sve je postavila veoma ozbiljna pitanja na koja treba odgovoriti.
