„Pametni“ gradovi: nova paradigma urbanog razvoja

Sažetak


Napredak ostvaren na planu IKT inicirao je fundamentalnu promenu paradigme urbanog razvoja, istraživanja usmerena na razvoj pametnih gradova bivaju okarakterisana kao središnji interes modernog društva. Pametni gradovi osmišljeni su kao svojevrsna panacea za nagomilane probleme urbanog razvoja. Premda su koreni ove ideje ušančeni na dostignućima IKT, savremeno poimanje koncepta implicira da pametni grad nadilazi puku primenu tehnologije. Štaviše, holistička perspektiva apostrofira primat ljudskog i društvenog kapitala kao nosećih stubova pametnog grada. S obzirom na to, cilj ovog rada ogleda se u ostvarivanju sistematičnog uvida u evoluciju koncepta pametnog grada, odnosno sagledavanje osobenosti njegove konceptualizacije, ključnih dimenzija i indikatora, kao i odnosa prema srodnim konceptima.
