Uzroci i pojavni oblici ubistava pri izvršenju nasilja u porodici u Republici Srbiji

Sažetak

U radu su predstavljeni rezultati istraživanja u vezi s nastupanjem smrtne posledice usled izvršenja nasilja u porodici u Srbiji od 2018. do 2022. godine. Cilj je efikasnije i efektivnije reagovanje nadležnih državnih organa u suprotstavljanju nasilju u porodici. U pogledu prirode i opsega istraživanja naglašavamo da je ono obuhvatilo: karakter predmeta koji su korišćeni prilikom ubistva, mesto izvršenja, porodični odnos učinioca i žrtve, mere koje su preduzimali predstavnici državnih organa, analizu uzroka lišenja života člana porodice, broj izvršenih samoubistava nakon učinjenog ubistva i pojavne oblike izvršenih ubistava. Korišćeni su: statistička metoda na nivou deskriptivne statistike, metod studije slučaja, metod analize sadržaja i formalno-logički metod. Utvrđeno je da primena pre-crime koncepta daje određene pozitivne rezultate koji se ogledaju u smanjenju broja lica lišenih života pri izvršenju nasilja u porodici. Međutim, primećujemo negativnu tendenciju povećanja broja ubistava kada je reč o učiniocima/povratnicima koji su u ranijem periodu prijavljivani za nasilje u porodici zbog čega se može dovesti u pitanje efektivnost postupanja nadležnih državnih organa.
