Aktuelni izazovi teorijske edukacije iz perspektive budućih pravnika

Sažetak


Autorka se u radu bavi evaluacijom obrazovne pripreme budućih pravnika i mogućnostima za unapređenje iz studentske perspektive. Akciono kvantitativno istraživanje sprovedeno je na uzorku od 277 studenata Pravnog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu. Pokazalo se da specifičan društveno-akademski kontekst generiše dodatan stres i utiče na intrinzičnu motivaciju, zbog čega studenti prava često prokrastiniraju i osećaju se anksiozno tokom učenja. Prisustvo raznih stresora koji se manifestuju na kognitivnom, emocionalnom i somatskom nivou, neretko dovode do ispitnog neuspeha i/ili odustajanja od daljeg studiranja. Zaključuje se da „humani“ pristup obrazovanju može da unapredi opšte blagostanje mladih pravnika. Ovo institucionalno usmerenje na razvoj studenata kao ličnosti treba da prati snažnija psihološka i pedagoška podrška.
