Oblici polarnosti u neorealizmu i svetsko-sistemskoj teoriji

Sažetak


Savremene svetske odnose karakteriše razgradnja američke jednopolarnosti i haotičnost u međunarodnim odnosima. Ova promena u sferi geopolitike nesumnjivo je povezana i sa restrukturiranjem svetskog kapitalističkog sistema u kojem SAD gube status hegemona, centralni položaj zapadnih zemalja postaje upitan, a sve veći broj poluperifernih regija po svojim ekonomskim i političkim karakteristikama približava se centru. Usled navedenog, na savremeno doba može se gledati kao na eru radikalne transformacije geopolitičkih obrazaca zbog čega analiza osnovnih karakteristika jedno-, bi- i multipolarnosti dobija na značaju. Detaljna analiza neorealizma kao teorije zaslužne za razvitak ovih koncepata neophodna je za što adekvatnije razumevanje različitih oblika polarnosti. Takođe, teorijski je značajno upoređivanje neorealističkog viđenja polarnosti sa svetsko-sistemskim shvatanjem hegemonije kako bi se adekvatno proučila distribucija moći u međunarodnom poretku država. Osnovni cilj ovog rada je da analizom neorealističkog i svetsko-sistemskog pogleda na polarnost stvori osnove za ispitivanje današnjeg dominantnog oblika polarnosti i da pretpostavi kakav oblik polarnosti će biti dominantan u 21. veku.
