CORRELATION BETWEEN NON-DOMINANT FOOT PLACEMENT VARIABLITY WITH ACCELERATION AND AGILITY PERFORMANCE IN HANDBALL PLAYERS

Sažetak


Horizontalno ubrzanje je suštinska komponenta sportskog učinka u rukometu. Lateralna komponenta odraznog vektora prilikom sprinta i promene pravca kretanja nije dovoljno izučavana i mogla bi biti važan indikator za otkrivanje manje efikasne kontrole pokreta. U ovom radu se analizirao predloženi test jednonožnih ekscentrično-koncentričnih pokreta (drift test) za utvrđivanje sposobnosti usmeravanja odraznog vektora u željenom pravcu. Dalje su istražene i korelacije sa sprintom i agilnošću. Petnaest rukometaša je izvelo seriju od deset uzastopnih test jednonožnih ekscentrično-koncentričnih skokova, deset metara sprinta unapred, T-test prilagođen za rukomet i test jednonožnih ekscentrično-koncentričnih skokova. Ispitivane su korelacije između površine odstupanja, vremena na T-testu, vremena sprinta na 10 m i prosečnog vremena na 5 m, kao i visine jednonožnog ekscentrično-koncentričnog skoka. Površina odstupanja za nedominantnu nogu je imala visoku i značajnu negativnu korelaciju sa prvih pet metara sprinta i pozitivnu korelaciju sa T-testom. Visina ekscentrično-koncentričnog skoka nije imala značajnu korelaciju sa bilo kojim drugim parametrom. Prezentovani podaci ukazuju na to da bi površina odstupanja pri skokovima na nedominantnoj nozi mogla biti indikator mehanizama kontrole odraznog vektora.
