Ефекти програма вежбања на развој агилности код тенисера јуниорске категорије: систематско прегледно истраживање

Sažetak


Тенисерима је потребна комбинација брзине, агилности и снаге, као и високо развијене аеробне способности да би били успешни и конкурентни. Циљ овог истраживања био је да се спроведу ефекти различитих програма тренинга на развој агилности код тенисера. Електронска база података ПубМед је коришц́ена за тражење и прикупљање одговарајуц́их студија из области агилности у тенису. Ова студија је спроведена према присма изјави. Укупно 361 учесник је био укључен у ову студију. Дванаест студија је задовољило услове за укључивање у ову студију. Налази ове свеобухватне анализе су показали да су плиометријски тренинг, тренинг самоубиства на једном терену, тренинг тениса на терену, интервални тренинг високог интензитета, спортски дрилл тренинг и неуромишиц́ни тренинг и тренинг перформанси показали позитивне ефекте агилности код младих тенисера.
