PRIMENJIVOST TEORIJA POSLOVNOG ODLUČIVANJA NA PRIMERU KULTURNOG TURIZMA SRBIJE

Sažetak


Turizam je kompleksan sistem koji je teorijski neophodno posmatrati kroz interdisciplinarne studije, jer je praktično povezan sa mnogim aspektima današnje civilizacije. U turizam kao sistem su uključene opipljive i neopipljive vrednosti koje je stvorila i stvara i priroda, ali i aktivnost i znanje ljudi. Turizam se dešava svuda, ponekad spontano nastaje i nestaje neočekivano. Turizam kao poslovni sistem i proces pretežno ne podrazumeva velike i složene sisteme funkcionisanja. U turizmu dominiraju mala i srednja preduzeća, porodični biznis, stalno nove i kreativne ideje. Najveći poslovni sistemi su hoteli i veliki turoperatori. Ali se zato javljaju destinacije svih nivoa – od lokalnih do sveta kao destinacije. Destinacije su sistemi u kojima turizam čini samo deo svih dešavanja. Zašto nam je to potrebno da podvučemo? Zato što upravljanje takvim sistemom je složen, izazovan i često nepredvidiv proces. Čini se da se turizmom mogu svi „baviti“, da je turizmom jednostavno upravljati i lako donositi prave poslovne odluke. Međutim, često se događa da turizmom suštinski ne upravlja niko, da je prepušten sam sebi, pojednicima i malim poslovnim jedinicama. U ovom radu je postavljena istraživačka dilema - da li se u kulturnom turizmu Srbije primenjuju modeli poslovnog odlučivanja, na koji način i sa kakvim rezultatima? Do rezultata u radu se došlo primenom analitičko-sintetičke metode, analize sadržaja.
