ZADOVOLJSTVO POSLOM ZAPOSLENIH KAO KLJUČNI FAKTOR ZA NJIHOVO ZADRŽAVANJE: STUDIJA SLUČAJA ZAPOSLENIH U UGOSTITELJSTVU I TURIZMU SRBIJE

Sažetak


Profesionalno zadovoljstvo zaposlenih je svakako jedan od faktora ka uspehu ugostiteljsko turističkih preduzeća. Cilj ovog rada je da se utvrdi zadovoljstvo poslom i uvide ključni razlozi za prestanak radnog odnosa u ugostiteljsko turističkom sektoru. Zadatak rada je da se se istraži zadovoljstvo poslom zaposlenih kao i razlozi za napuštanje posla. Predmet rada su stavovi zaposlenih o  zadovoljstvu poslom u ugostiteljskoj delatnosti. Dobijeni rezultati pokazuju da su pozitivni aspekti posla  novčana stimulacija, dok su negativni aspekti uglanom nedovoljna sredstva za rad. Što se tiče razloga za napuštanje organizacije  uglavnom je fokus na nezadovoljstvo zaposlenih platom ili neki zdravstveni problem.
