Здравствена уверења према ковиду 19: инструмент за процену и израженост уверења

Sažetak


Ковид 19 је нова и релативно непозната болест чији је узрочник вирус. Већ на почетку ширења ове болести, уочено је да она може имати озбиљне последице по појединце, а да њено лако и брзо ширење у популацији оптерећује здравствени систем и читаво друштво. Од стране надлежних препоручене су мере које се тичу честог прања руку, коришћења дезинфекционих средстава, маски и одржавања удаљености од најмање 1,5 метра при контакту са другима. Ипак, било је очигледно да се велики број људи не придржава тих мера и препорука. Зашто је то тако могли бисмо сазнати уколико бисмо проценили здравствена уверења у односу на ковид 19 у светлу Модела здравствених уверења (Rosenstock, 1966). Услед недостатка инструмената за процену здравствених уверења у односу на ковид 19, одлучили смо да први циљ овог рада буде конструкција Скале здравствених уверења у односу на ковид 19. Анализа главних компоненти је издвојила четири фактора који одговарају оригиналном Моделу здравствених уверења. Добијене супскале имају задовољавајућу интерну конзистентност, изражену Кронбаховим α коефицијентом. Други циљ је био испитати ниво изражености здравствених уверења, операционализованих путем супскала Скале здравствених уверења у односу на ковид 19. Дискутовани су добијени резултати, ограничења и предлози за будућа истраживања.
