Проблематична употреба мобилних телефона и проблеми менталног здравља адолесцената са лаком интелектуалном ометеношћу

Sažetak


У последњих неколико деценија све више људи користи мобилне телефоне, па чак и особе са интелектуалном ометеношћу (надаље: ИО). Као најчешћа последица претеране употребе мобилних телефона истиче се настанак проблема менталног здравља (надаље: МЗ). Циљ овог истраживања је утврдити предикторе и повезаност проблематичне употребе мобилних телефона и проблема менталног здравља код адолесцената са лаком интелектуалном ометеношћу (надаље: ЛИО). Узорак је обухватио 54 испитаника адолесцентског узраста оба пола која имају ЛИО и која похађају Средњу занатску школу у Београду. За мерење карактеристика употребе мобилних телефона коришћен је Упитник проблематичне употребе мобилних телефона, а за мерење присуства проблема МЗ коришћена је Скала депресивности, анксиозности и стреса. Добијено је да адолесценти са ЛИО имају статистички значајно висок степен проблематичне употребе мобилног телефона. Млађи адолесценти, они који користе мобилни телефон дуже у току дана и адолесценти који користе психоактивне супстанце имају већи степен проблематичне употребе мобилног телефона. Адолесценти женског пола имају више проблема МЗ у поређењу са адолесцентима. Осим тога, адолесценти који имају већи степен проблематичне употребе мобилних телефона имају више проблема МЗ, а присутност проблема МЗ у једном домену позитивно корелира са присуством других проблема МЗ. У закључку истичемо недостатке овог истраживања, препоруке за имплементацију будућих истраживања, као и препоруке за практичаре који раде са овом популацијом.
