Квалитет живота породице дјеце са сметњама у развоју: утицај породичних карактеристика и нивоа стреса
Sažetak
Квалитет живота породица дјеце са сметњама у развоју има вишеструк утицај на функционалност породице и свих њених чланова и често је под утицајем различитих породичних карактеристика. Циљ истраживања био је испитати утицај породичних карактеристика и нивоа породичног стреса на квалитет живота породица дjeце са сметњама у развоју. Узорак у истраживању чини 122 родитеља дјеце са сметњама у развоју. Од инструмената примјењени су социодемографски упитник, Скала породичног квалитета живота (Beach Center Family Quality of Life Scale – Beach FQOL Scalе), као и Скала симптома стреса – 16. Добијени подаци показују да родитељи процјењују квалитет породичног живота као задовољавајући, најбоље оцјењен домен је домен Породичне интеракцијe, а наjлошије домен Емоционално благостање. Резултати показују да бољи квалитет живота имају породице са једним дјететом у односу на породице са троје и више дјеце у домену Породичних интеракција, Родитељства и Подршке. Породице које имају дјецу са сметњама у слуху, говору и гласу најзадовољнији су квалитетом живота у домену Породичних интеракција. Такође, резултати показују да родитељи нашег узорка имају тенденцију доживљавања релативно ниског нивоа стреса, као и да не постоји значајна повезаност између квалитета живота породица дјеце са сметњама у развоју и нивоа породичног стреса.
