Стресори на раду и синдром изгарања код полицијских службеника

Sažetak


Бројне студије показале су да је полицијско занимање једно од најзахтевнијих занимања, док притисак са којим се ови службеници свакодневно суочавају може оставити озбиљне последице по њихово психофизичко функционисање. Вишеструки нивои ризика угрожавају безбедност полицијских службеника и корисника њихових услуга. Од праћења друштвених догађаја до реаговања на криминалне радње, способности полицијских службеника да се носе са стресом у сталном су изазову. Стресни догађаји континуирано утичу на физичко и емоционално благостање полицајаца на штету стицања здравог понашања или бриге о њиховом физичком или менталном здрављу. Једна од психолошких последица стреса је синдром изгарања (енгл. burnout), који представља последњу фазу у покушају адаптације на стресоре којима су полицијски службеници изложени.
