Преводилачки изазови у симултаном превођењу: студија случаја
Sažetak
Симултано превођење као најизазовнији вид превођења захтева изузетно развијене језичке компетенције преводиоца како у изворном тако и у циљном језику, добре когнитивне способности, као и одлично познавање технике превођења. Будући да представља комплексну вештину која захтева темељно изучавање, потребно је расветлити њене основне карактеристике посредством дескриптивног метода. Стога овај рад за циљ има да представи основне карактеристике симултаног превођења, са посебним освртом на изазове и проблеме који могу настати током његове реализације. У фокусу овог рада је анализа преводилачког подухвата преводиоца који је симултано преводио један говор са енглеског на српски језик на конференцији Уједињених нација. Истраживачки рад анализира изазове који су се јавили приликом усменог (конференцијског) тј. симултаног превођења, обраћајући посебну пажњу на технику превођења, когнитивне процесе и врсте грешака. На овај начин, компаративна анализа је утврдила шта се може сматрати грешкама у симултаном превођењу, а шта преводилачком техником. Након урађене компаративне анализе превода говора, потврдили смо да највећи број грешака долази из домена когнитивних вештина, односно да преводилац није успео да постигне висок ниво прецизности услед недовољне развијености процеса памћења.
