AI TEHNOLOGIJE U PRAVNOM OBRAZOVANJU: Primeri dobre prakse i smernice za integraciju veštačke inteligencije

Sažetak

Ubrzani razvoj i sve veća primena veštačke inteligencije (AI) donose nove mogućnosti u mnogim oblastima ali i brojne dileme. S obzirom da upotreba AI tehnologija u Srbiji jos uvek nije adekvatno regulisana, mišljenja o njihovoj upotrebi u pravničkom obrazovanju i praksi su još uvek podeljena. U tom kontekstu, autor istražuje upotrebu AI tehnologija u obrazovanju pravnika na međunarodnom i nacionalnom nivo. Nakon uvodnog pregleda različitih pristupa uvođenju AI tehnologija, prvi deo rada razmatra primenu AI tehnologija u pravnom obrazovanju i praksi, prikazujući dostignuća i primere dobre prakse na pravnim fakultetima u razvijenim zemljama, kao i aktuelne prilike u Srbiji, kako bi se izvukle pouke i smernice za integraciju AI tehnologija u srpsko pravno obrazovanje. Na osnovu rezultata istraživanja, drugi deo analizira kako su pravni fakulteti u razvijemim zemljama odgovorili na ključna pitanja AI integracije u pravničko obrazovanje, naročito u pogledu uspostavljanja institucionalnih okvira i sveobuhvatne podrške za funkcionalnu, strukturalnu i odgovornu upotrebu AI tehnologija u obrazovanju pravnika. Sumirajući ključne rezultate, autor razmatra implikacije i mogućnosti koje treba sagledati u procesu donošenja odluka i pripreme za integraciju AI tehnologija u srpsko pravničko obrazovanje. U tom pogledu, predlaže se integrisani pristup učenju, zasnovan na postulatima fleksibine kombinovne/hibridne nastave (blended learning) i integrisanog kurikuma (integrated curriculum design), koji mogu ponudit održiva rešenja za potrebe akademskog i profesionalog obrazovanje pravnika.
