PRAVNOPOVIJESNA GLEDIŠTA PRAVNIH IZVORA ZA USPOSTAVU I IZGRADNJU MIRA EEZ/EU NA PROSTORU BIVŠE JUGOSLAVIJE 1993 GODINE I EUROPSKIH REALITETA 2020. GODINE

Sažetak
Zadnje mirovno posredovanje Europske ekonomske zajednice putem Europske političke suradnje, kao i početak djelovanja Zajedničke vanjske i sigurnosne politike Europske unije s 1. studenim 1993. godine na prostor bivše Jugoslavije odraziti će se kroz Akcijski plan (Juppѐ– Kinkelov plan). Takav posljednji samostalni pokušaj EEZ-a/EU u uspostavi i izgradnji mira putem mirovnog posredovanja imat će svoje uporište u pravnim izvorima. Učinci mirovnog posredovanja kroz Akcijski plan biti će odraz sadržaja i dosega pravnih izvora i proizašlih mehanizama iz istih izvora. Neuspjeh Akcijskog plana, dati će novu dimenziju vanjskopolitičkog djelovanja ZVSP da putem mirovnog posredovanja uspostavi i izgradi mir među sukobljenim stranama. U tom smislu, autor će kao predmet samog istraživanja u ovom radu komparativnom, povijesnom i metodom analize, a kroz prizmu pravnopovijesnih gledišta povući paralelu između 1993. godine i 2020. godine i prikazati je li nakon skoro tri desetljeća od zadnjeg samostalnog mirovnog djelovanja EEZ/EU za uspostavu i izgradnju mira na prostoru bivše Jugoslavije, EU unatoč želji za da bude globalni čimbenik u uspostavi i postizanju mira u svijetu sukladno sadržajnosti i dosezima Lisabonskog ugovora i ostalih pravnih izvora u mogućnosti uspostaviti i izgraditi mir među sukobljenim stranama.
