Tipovi stanovanja na području Generalnog urbanističkog plana Niša
Sažetak
U radu se analiziraju tipovi stanovanja na području Generalnog urbanističkog plana Niša. Izdvojeno je 5 tipova stanovanja: porodično stanovanje gradskog tipa, porodično stanovanje prigradskog tipa, mešovite zone stanovanja, višeporodično stanovanje predratnog i posleratnog perioda i višeporodično stanovanje novije gradnje. Ovi tipovi stanovanja analizirani su u radu na osnovu 18 prethodno definisinih kriterijuma. Kriterijumi su uzeli u obzir karakteristike makro-lokacije (položaj, formiranu saobraćajnu matricu, dostupnost sadržaja, kvalitet životne sredine i dr.), kao i urbanističke parametre na nivou bloka (veličinu i geometriju parcele, spratnost, parkiranje, arhitekturu, kvakitet gradnje i dr.). Utvrđuju se međusobne sličnosti i razlike analiziranih tipova stanovanja, kao i suštinske promene koje su se desile u periodu post-socijalističke tranzicije, u cilјu definisanja mogućih pravaca unapređenja planerske regulative i stambene izgradnje.
