Preporuke 2021 Promene u Preporučenim merama za Prvu pomoć
Sažetak
Preporuke za primenu mera prve pomoći deo su Preporuka Evropskog resuscitacionog saveta od 2015 godine. ILCOR komitet sačinio je 2020 godine naučni konsenzuis I za ovu oblast, te je Evropski resuscitacioni savet 2021 godine načinio na osnovu ovog dokumenta nove preporuke a postojeće razmotrio. Preporuke za primenu mera prve pomoći uključuju prvu pomoć u Urgentnim stanjima I kod povreda.Preporuke koje obuhvataju urgentna stanja razmatraju sledeći sadržaj: položaj za oporavak, optimalno pozicioniranje za šok, primjena bronhodilatatora kod pacijenata sa astmom u prvoj pomoći, prepoznavanje moždanog udara, primena aspirina kod bola u grudima, davanje druge doze adrenalina u anafilaksi, prva pomć kod hipoglikemije, oralna rehidracija prva pomoć kod dehidracije povezane s naporom, upravljanje toplotnim udarom i primena mera hlađenja, primena kiseonika pri pružanju mera prve pomoći u akutnom moždanom udaru i prva pomoć kod presinkope. Prva pomoć kod trauma obuhvata sledeće teme: kontrola krvarenja opasnog po život, prva pomoć i tretman otvorene povrede grudnog koša, prepoznavanje potresa mozga, hlađenje opekotina, zubna avulzija, I prva pomoć kod povrede oka usled izlaganja hemikalijama.
