IZMENJENO PONAŠANJE U TESTU OTVORENOG POLJA KOD ŽIVOTINJA SA EKSPERIMENTALNIM PROSTATITISOM

Sažetak


Uvod: Hronični prostatitis/sindrom hroničnog pelvičnog bola (eng. Chronic prostatitis/Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome, CP/CPPS) jedan je od najučestalijih kliničkih sindroma genitourinarnog trakta kod reproduktivno sposobnih muškaraca. Smatra se da je CP/CPPS često udružen sa psihosocijalnim poremećajima koji uključuju i anksioznost. Uprkos velikom broju kliničkih studija, mehanizmi ove povezanosti nisu u potpunosti razjašnjeni, te bi eksperimentalni modeli pomogli u rasvetljavanju ovih veza.
Cilj: Cilj ovog rada je da se testom otvorenog polja ispitaju lokomotorna aktivnost i ponašanje povezani sa anksioznošću kod pacova sa eksperimentalno izazvanim CP/CPPS.
Materijal i metode: Mužjaci pacova soja Wistar albino su nasumično raspodeljeni u kontrolnu i eksperimentalnu grupu. U eksperimentalnoj grupi indukovan je razvoj CP/CPPS intraprostatičnom injekcijom 3% λ-karagenena, dok je kontrolna grupa bila tretirana na isti način 0,9% natrijum-hloridom (NaCl). Razvoj CP/CPPS je praćen merenjem praga bola na mehanički stimulus upotrebom elektronskog von Frejevog (eVF) esteziometra. Životinje su pojedinačno testirane u otvorenom polju 7 dana nakon intraprostatične injekcije.
Rezultati: Eksperimentalne životinje su u testu otvorenog polja pokazale statistički značajno skraćenje pređenog puta i vremena ambulatornog kretanja, smanjenje broja propinjanja na zadnje ekstremitete, skraćenje vremena provedenog u centru otvorenog polja, kao i povećanje indeksa tigmotaksije u odnosu na kontrolne životinje.
Zaključak: Rezultati ovog rada ukazuju na anksiogene efekte CP/CPPS u eksperimentalnoj grupi.
