PREVENTIVNO PONAŠANJE STUDENATA MEDICINE U TOKU COVID-19 PANDEMIJE

Sažetak


Uvod: Korona virus je pokazao da nema sezonski karakter, da se veoma lako širi sa jedne na
drugu osobu, ukoliko se mere prevencije ne primenjuju. Pored vakcinacije, koja je
nesumnjivo najvažnija mera prevencije nastanaka COVID-19 infekcije, odgovorno ponašanje
(nošenje maski, higijena ruku, poštovanje fizičke distance), posebno u ovom periodu
povećanja broja obolelih i pojave novih sojeva, takođe, predstavlja važnu meru prevencije i
kontrole bolesti. Cilj rada je ispitivanje preventivnog ponašanja studenata medicine tokom
pandemije COVID-19.
Materijal i metode: Istraživanje je sprovedeno u januaru 2021. godine kao studija preseka u
koju su bila uključena 373 studenta Medicinskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu. Za
prikupljanje podataka korišćen je elektronski upitnik, koji je kreiran pomoću Google Forms
aplikacije, a popunjavanje upitnika bilo je dobrovoljno i anonimno. Upitnik se sastojao iz 2
dela: sociodemografskih karakteristika i preventivnog ponašanja studenata medicine u vezi sa
pandemijom COVID-19.
Rezultati: Oko 80% studenata je često nosilo zaštitnu masku i izbegavalo da dodiruje lice,
gotovo svi su često prali ruke, a oko 90% su retko i povremeno nosili rukavice. Studetkinje su
značajno češće prale i dezinfikovale ruke, izbegavale da dodiruju lice rukama kao i češće
prekrivale usta i nos pri kijanju i kašljanju. Takođe, studentkinje su statistički značajno češće
ostajale kod kuće i dezinfikovale predmete u poređenju sa studentima.
Zaključak: Znanje o rizičnom i preventivnom ponašanju u vezi sa COVID-19 kao i
adekvatan nivo znanja kod studenata, pozitivni stavovi i preventivno ponašanje su ključni za
obezbeđivanje efikasne prevencije i kontrolu pandemije.
